The Silpat® Madeleine Mold is an easy-to-use 16 Hole Baking Pan that will help you bake perfectly shaped madeleines for snack or as a savory appetizer! No need to use butter, grease, oils or sprays: the non-stick coating allows your yummy creations to pop out easily and evenly. Silpat® is reusable and very durable. Its technology of fiberglass mesh and food grade silicone allows you to use your Silpat® countless times, and the cut corners will allow your Silpat® to fit perfectly in your baking tray.
